Brewed as part of our generator series of test batch beers, this strong pilsner is brewed in the zwickelbier style, which means that, unlike most lagers, it has not been filtered. A traditional strain of Czech lager yeast imparts a slight smokiness that is balanced by pilsner malt and noble Czech Saaz hops.
